Letter to the Editor
The following Letter to the Editor appeared in the January/February issue of N-Scale:
Dear Editor,
I have had several different types of N scale track cleaning cars. I had purchased one, used it two or three times and every time it crossed over a switch, it seemed to derail. I contacted the manufacturer to get some trouble shooting ideas and that was harder than keeping the car on the track. Of course, getting a refund or exchange was out of the question. Then, I ran across a magazine ad for Aztec Manufacturing’s cleaning cars. I called to inquire about the different styles and options and if there had ever been any complaints about them not crossing switch tracks. I was told there was not and if I ordered one and was not happy, they would refund my money. So, I ordered one. I could not wait to receive it. After it arrived, I took it down to the layout for a test. That car is everything they said it was. What a find! If you are ever looking for a track cleaning car, they do a great job and are well worth the money.
